Please be aware of the following:

Sea Sun Sail Tours is not responsible for actions by customers that may result in personal or third-party injuries on board, due to improper behavior or failure to comply with instructions given by the crew.

Sea Sun Sail Tours reserves the right to cancel services if any customer refuses to follow crew instructions or engages in inappropriate behavior that may endanger themselves or others.

Customers should inform us before the start of the tour if they do not know how to swim and if they are capable of accessing a sailboat or another vessel on their own. If unable to swim, customers must wear a life jacket from departure until docking.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The execution of tours is subject to good weather conditions, such as rain, fog, or adverse weather. In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, an alternative date will be suggested or a full refund will be provided.

Under normal circumstances, the refund will be determined based on the advance notice of cancellation, considering the reservation date. Upon making a reservation, customers should be aware that logistical commitments are immediately assumed, making cancellation impossible.

Reservations and Payments

You can make your reservation and full payment directly through our website, via email, phone, WhatsApp, or Instagram. If you have questions, inquiries, or additional requests for your tour, please contact us before making a direct reservation on the Sea Sun Sail Tours website.

Payment can be made on our website using debit or credit cards, Multibanco, or MBWay. Reservations made through other available channels can be agreed upon in advance.
