It is always at Doca do Espanhol, gate 1, in Alcântara – Lisbon, about 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Please wait at Gate 1 of Doca do Espanhol 15 minutes before boarding. A member of our crew will be there to give you the necessary instructions.

Yes. The refund of the paid amounts will be defined according to the cancellation date, considering the tour date:

MORE THAN 16 DAYS: 100% refund of the amount paid;

15 TO 8 DAYS: 50% refund of the amount received;

7 days or less: no refund.

Preferably comfortable clothes and shoes. In the colder season, you should opt for warmer jackets or sweaters. In the hotter season, do not forget sunscreen and a hat.

We have motion sickness tablets on board. However, if you tend to get seasick, we advise taking a motion sickness tablet at least 30 minutes before boarding. Please let us know at the time of booking

You should always ensure that you are in good health and capable of getting on and off the boat, climbing up and down ramps and stairs. If you have any health conditions, please inform us in advance as the tour may not be suitable for you.

Swimming or baths are NOT allowed in the Tagus River, only in the sea. If that’s your desire, you can choose to book a private tour.

Yes, alcoholic beverages are offered and sold on board (the first drink is free) in moderation. It is not allowed to bring your own drinks for the trip, except for water in plastic bottles. Sea Sun Sail Tours reserves the right not to allow visibly intoxicated individuals on board.

NO. Snacks and drinks are offered. If you prefer, you can choose a charcuterie and cheese board with a bottle of selected white wine at the time of booking, served on board for an additional €45.

Exceptionally, with prior arrangement, you may bring your own food and drinks on board, with a €50 service charge.

Our crew members are not official guides. However, they are capable of providing information about the places, monuments, and curiosities. The languages spoken are English, Portuguese, and Spanish. If desired, we can arrange for an official guide upon prior request.
